DuoStar Dressage is great mother and daughter team!
We offer you the unique opportunity of having two trainers/instructors with the same focus and goals, but different perspectives. We work together to give both you and your horse a great education and achieve your goals. Our goal is to create healthy, happy athletes out of our horses and develop them to their best potential. We feel it is important to make each training and learning experience positive and productive.

We have over 40 years of combined professional experience in Classical Dressage training as well as having bred and raised dressage horses. Margaret began her career as a working student for four years under a German Dressage trainer before working on her own and is an excellent instructor. For the past 15 years we have both been training with Henrik Johansen along with Ulla Boysen of Positive Riding
- see www.positiveriding.com. In 2002, Lauren spent three months training in Germany and one month with Henrik at his home in Sweden. Lauren enjoys competing (see DuoStar Horses page) and her future goals include competing in the Olympics. |

DuoStar Dressage accepts all levels and all breeds for lessons, training, and clinics. We do accept horses for short-term and long-term training, however we do expect that long term training horses to be for a serious focus on dressage and have a goal towards competition. After evaluation, Lauren does accept horses for sales and/or competition. |
